Want to SHOP FIRST?!!

Option 1--Volunteer (4 hour or 8 hour pass) during the week of the sale. This could be setup, inspecting items, organizing, de-tagging items, sorting and other miscellaneous tasks. Late Saturday shift will be sorting clothing and will receive the 8 hour worker private sale pass. The Saturday volunteers will have their name drawn for free Popsicles t-shirts, free pizza, drinks and be able to take any of their unpurchased items home.

Option 2--Flyers (4 hour pass) Distribute flyers in your town!! Volunteer must distribute at least 300 flyers or postcards to help spread the word about Popsicles. Great locations are schools, daycares, pediatrician offices, dance studios and more. You must email us at least 3 weeks before the sale with a list of the locations and we will mail you a packet of posters.

Option 3--Posters (4 hour pass) Distribute posters in your town!! Volunteer must hang at least 15 posters in appropriate locations 2 weeks before the sale. One poster per location and always ask before placing a poster at any business. (Don't forget your tape) Great locations are pediatrician offices, dentist offices, dance studios, hair salons and places that women and children frequently go. You must email us at least 3 weeks before the sale with a list of the businesses and we will mail you a packet of posters.

Option 4--Tables (4 hour pass) Bring 4 six or eight foot tables. You must mark your tables with ribbon or string tied to the leg of each table. The consignor must deliver the tables on Monday evening, set up the table and pick up your tables on Sunday during pick up.

Option 5--Media Coverage (8 hour pass) Free Publicity! Provide radio, TV, newspaper or magazine advertisement.

Who can volunteer? Anyone!! You do not have to be a consignor to volunteer!!

As a worker during the sale, you must sign-in & out at the check-out table so you will receive credit for your time!!

Workers must be on time and work their entire shift. Workers who do not fulfill their commitment will not be allowed to participate as a worker in future events. Thank you for understanding our policy.

Volunteer to work an 8 hour shift (two 4-hour shifts) and you get to shop the best from the best! Plus no participation fee!!

SUPER VOLUNTEERS--For Volunteers who go beyond the call of duty and work 12 hours or more, we are rewarding you with shopping SUPER EARLY on our Private Sale Day!!

You can register over the phone by calling Julie at 870-256-5111 to register as a consignor or Janice at 870-256-5800 to register as a volunteer.

We are between sales---We cannot accept consignor and/or volunteer registrations until 4-6 weeks before each sale.
