Drop Off / Pick Up

	Drop Off Day Drop-offs:
	Monday, February 9th, 3 pm - 8 pm
	Tuesday, February 10th, 10 am - 5 pm

All consignors need to allow time to place their items on the sale floor. Please plan accordingly.
Review the Consignor Agreement that you will sign when you bring your items.
At drop-offs, please sign in before unloading your items. During this time, you will sign a consignors agreement form.
No envelopes needed!! We will mail your check to the address that we have on file so make sure we have your address correct when you check-in or pick-up.
Pick up your Preview Sale Pass!
You will be instructed as to where to check-in your items.
Have your boys and girls clothing separated and arranged according to size (smallest to largest) as you bring it in.
If you are bringing 100 items or more, please call for a drop off appointment.
After all of your items have been checked for stains, holes, etc., be prepared to help put them out on the sales floor.

NOTE: Every item will be checked in during drop-off and any unacceptable items will be sent home with the consignor. Please don't be offended if we ask you to take back some of your items. We will be screening items very closely so as to maintain the quality of the sale. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any item that we feel may not sell. It is often easy to miss a spot or tear when you are getting your items ready at home. We want to be known for having the best quality merchandise and we want you as a shopper to have confidence that you are buying the best at Popsicles.

Pick Up Day
Sunday, February 15th, 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

All unsold items need to be picked up Sunday, February 15th, from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

You must sign in and receive instructions on getting your items.

Please know that it is your responsibility to get all of your items. We are not responsible for any items you forget to carry out.

Any unsold items not picked up will be donated to charity.

Our goal is to get you your check in a couple of days but due to our new system it may take a week. (By our Fall Sale you will be able to pick up your check on Pick-up Sunday). An $8.50 participation (publicity/rental/postage) fee will be deducted from your check in addition to Popsicles 30% fee.

Clothing items will be grouped and hung on designated racks.

Shoes will be in baskets at the appropriate clothing racks.

All non-clothing items/shoes will be on tables and/or floor apart from clothing racks.

Consignors and/or persons picking up unsold items are responsible for checking all item locations including lost and found for all unsold items.

OUR TIME IS LIMITED TO MOVE OUT OF THE BUILDING BECAUSE OF FAIRGROUND EVENTS. ALL ITEMS REMAINING AFTER 4:30 PM SHARP WILL BE DONATED. WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.
